Nursery Soil Mixes

Regular Bark Mix
Comprised of your choice of 1" minus fresh or composted bark mulch and peat moss, this mix is designed to service your long-term nursery crops and is generally suggested for 1 gallon and larger sized pots.
The 1" bark allows proper drainage and aeration while the peat moss provides moisture retention.

Fine Bark Mix
Similar to our Regular Bark Mix, but containing 3/8" minus fresh or composted bark and generally suggested for pots smaller than 1 gallon. Pumice can be added to enhance drainage for long-term crops.

Perennial Mix
Tailor-made to suit your specific crop requirements, this mix is comprised of a higher peat content than the above mixes. Combined with your choice of composted bark and aggregates, this mix serves short-term as well as long-term perennial crops.

Propagation Mix
With your choice of sand, pumice, perlite, peat and coco coir, this mix is perfect for sticking many types of nursery cuttings. The percentages of raw materials are balanced to ensure premium drainage, air space and moisture retention to address propagation needs.
